Salon & Spa Etiquette

A Head Of Class Salon and Day Spa strives to make every visit by every client a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

In order to provide this level of service, we offer the following suggestions as you prepare for your visit. 

Please call the salon and speak to any of our knowledgable staff for answers to any questions regarding your visit or our services.

Robes, smocks, and slippers will be provided for any personal service or on request. 

We recommend that you schedule your next appointment with us before you leave the salon. This ensures you the most selection of available convenient appointments for your next visit with us.

Due to the personal nature of the services that we offer, we request that children never be left unattended. For the safety of your children please do not let them play on the hydraulic chairs.

To ensure the ultimate experience for yourself and the considerations of others please refrain from bringing children and cell phones to spa appointments.

In order to enhance your experience with us we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. At this time we may review any health considerations you may have and prepare you properly for your visit. Late arrivals will either be asked to reschedule, or will have the time deducted from his or her appointment, compromising the full experience.

We require 72 hours notice on any body services. Cancellations of body services with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee

Credit cards 
We accept MasterCard and Visa. Any Appointment scheduled in advance for more than $80.00 will require a credit card to secure appointment. We require 72 hours notice of cancellations. 

Appointments of more than $80.00 canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
